1. Who am I? What do I do?
I am a NAREDCO (National Real Estate Development Council) Certified Realtor with a long-time experience of dealing in properties. I am a graduate of Punjabi University, Patiala. A social media activist (a writer and a video maker).

I have read Hindi, Punjabi, and English literature a lot. Self-help books. Almost whole Osho. Attended Silva Mind Control, Hypnosis, Landmark Forum, and many more workshops. I have seen many educative videos on YouTube, read 100 good articles on social media. I have seen many good Hollywood movies. I have written 1100 articles in Hindi and English, all available online. I have a small personal library consisting of apprx. 1000 books. I have made apprx 200 videos on various social issues. I have been into properties since 1990, sold hundreds of properties.

My parents migrated from Pakistan to India. From Chishtian. Chishtian is a city in Bahawalpur District. They used to talk in Saraiki. Saraiki is a language of Multan, Bahawalpur area….I can understand, also can utter some words but no, I am not fluent in this language. Though I am good at Hindi, Punjabi and English.

NARDECO Certified Realtors are those who get Certification of dealing in properties after getting rigorous training from Real Estate Experts and Tycoons through:-

i) Guru Gobind Singh University

ii) National Real Estate Development Council

iii) Housing & Urban Development Corp.

iv) Human Settlement Management Institute

3) Why should certified realtors be opted for while dealing in properties?

i) In Delhi there is no restriction for the Property Dealers to get any formal, proper training so even a Parchoon Wala starts dealing in properties, Who has no deep knowledge of legal, architectural, documentational aspects of properties, which may ultimately harm badly the people dealing with them.

ii) In Delhi every other day there is News that some fraudulent Property Dealer has cheated someone.

iii) Many vital mistakes are committed by buyers and sellers both which cost them in lakhs and crores and sometimes the whole property gets worthless.
